Требуется замена памперса

Жмешь Меню, Ч.б.Старт, четыре раза Вверх.
2) Press the key ^ several times to display 8 on the LCD and then press the Set key. Again
press the key ^ several times to display 0 and then press the Set key
3) Press the Mono Start key several times until the purge count appears on the LCD.
4) Reset the purge count to zero by using the and Set keys as follows:
Press the key ^ several times to display 2 on the LCD and then press the Set key. In the
same way, enter 7, 8 and 3.
5) Exit from the maintenance mode by using the and Set keys as follows:
Press the key ^ several  times to display 9 on the LCD and then press the Set key. Again
press the key ^ several times to display 9 and press the Set key.

Требуется замена памперса

Всем привет,у меня та же проблема с DCP-110,сбрасывал,ничего не изменилось.

1.Заходим в сервис-меню(отключаем питание,удкрживаем кнопку
"Меню",включаем питание)
2.Набираем на клавиатуре следующую комбинацию 8-0
3.Кнопкой"ч/б пчать листаем до пункта "Purge*****64**"
4.На клавиатуре набираем следующую комбинацию 2-7-8-3,на
дисплее появится надпись"Purge 0000",нажимаем клавишу"Стоп"
и вводим комбинацию 9-9

спасибо счетчик обнулился, но в конце выдает ошибку 5А что это значит?

я так и понял сразу, только что делать? перебрал все, все почистил и промыл, но все тоже самое пишет
